Agri-Fab 500-Pound Poly Convertible Push/Tow Dump Cart #45-0345

I recently bought a used garden tractor and wanted to get a dump cart. I have bought the same one for my dad last year for his Deere. He moved dirt and rocks when he built the barn. It worked great! I decided to get the same one for myself. It is easy to assemble and does a good job hauling stuff. I haven't had a chance to move heavy load yet but from my dad's expeirence I know it will work well for e as well. Great price too from Amazon. The same one costs $284.04 from Lowes. Highly recommended.

I've been using this cart for two years now and must say it's very well built. I can only guess the people who rated this with one or two stars must have assembled it incorrectly. I haul fire wood loading it up with 350 to 400lbs. It's so well balanced that I push it by hand rather than hicthing it up to my tractor. The Poly bed won't rust and is as strong as any stamped sheel metal one. The big air filled tires help moving it over rough land.
For the price, under $100 delivered, you can't go wrong.

The Push/Tow cart is exactly what I was looking for. The Poly Tub will not rust or degrade as metal normally does. The cart is very well built and has a 500 lb capacity. I use the cart as a wheeled barrow or I hook it up to my lawn tractor to haul dirt, logs etc. I am very pleased with my purchase and I have a lot of confidence in Agri-Fab, I have one of their metal trailers that is about 15 years old and it is still going strong. Actually I thought so much of my first Push/Tow cart I purchase another one for my lake house.

This cart is poorly designed.the l bracket at the bottom used as a stand will hook any thing you pass over unless you raise the cart to an uncomfortable angle.Save your money and buy a wheelbarrow.

I purchased this item in July of 2006 and I have to say, I'm very, very disappointed.

DO NOT PURCHASE THIS ITEM IF...you plan on hauling any more than 30 to 40 pound loads, MAX. The published 500 pound load advertised is an utterly false and a completely inaccurate statement.

If any more than even the very lightest load is hauled, the poly bed will deform to a point where even the latch mechanism will not operate! The bed will deform so bad that if you do get the load dumped, the bed will then not reset in the dump latch until it bent/reformed to it's original molded shape.

This item could be very much improved by building a heavier poly bed. THE EXISTING BED IS FAR, FAR TOO LIGHT. This is a poor quality item and is not worth the price.

I would return my trailer if I could. Unfortunately, I had to put the item in service before I could learn of it's quality.

At the very best, this item may be used for hauling small brush or tools from your shed to your garden.

I hoped to get a cart that would do double duty with my lawn tractor and ATV. The cart worked well with the lawn tractor but the handle was too high to go under the basket on the rear of the ATV. So the handle is off now and it is just used as a tow cart. I found it awkward to use with the handle anyway, hard on the back, but for shorter people it would probably be okay.
I did note that after about a week the axle and other parts that were not protected by paint started rusting. Assembly was straight forward and there were no missing parts.
I think that the cart will be adequate for use around the house and yard but question whether it will be any good in the woods or on the marsh. It is probably worth the price compared to the rest I have seen.
